Honestly, the difference between the my POF MP5 and the HK SP5 another guy at the range had wasn't as bad as I was expecting. The POF MP5 definitely isn't as nice of a fit and finish ,but they functioned the same. Not sure if that can justify the extra $1500 in my opinion. The accuracy of the MPX wasn’t that great at all with the factory muzzle ...with the MP5K you have the option of deploying it from a shoulder or thigh rig. as well as being a smaller package overall during transport. both utilizes same magazines so there's no advantage there. one can argue. that the longer sight radius of the MP5 as well as the longer barrel has an edge. in sighting or velocity.SP5 as it's a classic. Then SP5k because it's also badass. I'd probably "modernize" the k version more than the original. I wanted the real thing. I got the SP5 because I've always seen it in movies and video games growing up.
